Client Screen - Confirmations and Consent

In accordance with changes to how Community Housing Providers need to collect consent for Centrelink functions, Chintaro now has the ability to record when and how consent has been obtained, as well as when consent has been withdrawn. This article details how to access these and what they are.

You can now access all Confirmation and Consent under this tab on the Client's Profile:



This will present you with the following screen:



The consent checks are as follow:

NDCA Allows tracking of consent for statistical data to be including in reporting for National Data Collection Agency/AIHW

CRA Changes (EVoR) Consent for Electronic Verification of Rent - Finance - Electronic Verification of Rent (EVoR)

Centrelink Income Authority (ICS) Consent for CBUS/DBUS - Finance - Centrepay Bulk upload Service (CBuS)

Centrepay Deduction Consent for Centrepay deductions to be made to the organisation.


Each change made to these Consent options will create an entry into the History table, allowing you to report and track when consent has been obtained or withdrawn.
