Chintaro can record consents to send and receive electronic documents and notices electronically. This is particularly important for a tenant to consider if notices, such as breach notices, can be received via email rather than by standard post and is a requirement from the Residential Tenancies Authority.

Organisation confirmation of consent

Organisations can confirm their consent to send notices via electronic means, such as email from the following screen:
