The Client record has several blue buttons on the top of the screen that enable you to enter additional information and perform other functions. The functions appearing on your screen may differ slightly depending on your System Preferences including your State/Country selected.

Barring | Used to bar a Client from being tenanted for a period of time, or indefinitely. Click here for more information on Barring a Client. | |
Housing History | Used to enter more detailed data regarding the Client’s housing history. Select the relevant fields to your organisation, otherwise leave these fields blank. | |
Residency Links | Used to record how long a client has lived in a Local Government Area (LGA). To record this information for your Client, enter data in the table in the bottom section of the Residency Links table. | |
Make Booking | Used to book rooms for individuals coming out of correctional facilities (Not often used). | |
Tags / SA Data | If a SA Chintaro User: Used to record CHCR number. All other users: Used to add specific characteristics to group Clients together in Chintaro. See also: Client Tags | |
Disability | Used to record your Client's National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) data. See also: NDIS Requirements - SDA | |
SMS | Used to send an individual SMS to your client, click here for more information on sending an SMS to a client. | |
Confirmations/Reporting | Used to record confirmations that have been made by the Client, such as confirmations that you have obtained consent or have got signatures for | |

Income Details | Displays the default screen view. | |
Word Merge | Used to create a Word Merge document for your client. | |
Waiting List | Used to create a Waiting List entry. Click here for more information on creating a waiting list entry for your client. | |
