Reports and Exports: Data used for NRSCH Reporting

This solution explains where to find the information required for NRSCH reporting in Chintaro. Any KPMs that aren't listed below aren't fully available through Chintaro. There are several KPM points in Chintaro that will help you calculate these though, such as total number of tenancy units.

PO 1 Tenancy Management Metrics

Subtract the number of vacant tenantable units from the total number of units. Then, divide that figure by the total number of units.

Add the number of tenants from the previous year to the number from the current year, then divide by two. Divide the number of tenancy exits for the year by this number.

There are no targets for this metric.

Divide the total current rent outstanding (with no negative) by the total potential rent income, then multiply by 100 to get a percentage. This should read as a positive amount.

>2.5% = Red
<= 2.5% = Green
6.2b Rent foregone (vacant tenantable) Total rent foregone as a percentage of the total potential rental income.
