You can change the name of any report in the system so that it makes more sense to your organisation, or to make it appear at the top of the list. This solution details:
Changing a report name
From the Home screen, click System Maintenance, then Security and Reports:
The Report Name column cannot be changed - this is the system report name. The Report Description column shows you the default report name, and this is the name you can change to make the reports make more sense for your Organisation.
To change a report name, find the report you wish to change EG: Report Description = Room Status - HPF (By Date):
Change the Report Description as required EG: Room Status Report:
Exit the screen. The new report name will be visible to all Chintaro Users in Reports and Exports:
Making a report appear at the top of the list by default
From the Home screen, click System Maintenance, then Security and Reports:

Put a * symbol at the beginning of the report name, and change the name if required:
