If you have tried to send an SMS, either a single SMS or in a bulk screen, but have received an error 3265 it will appear as below:
This error may be caused by two possible reasons:
- There is an issue with a phone number you are trying to send to and it needs to be corrected before the SMS will send. To remedy this, ensure all mobile phone numbers are correct in length and the Phone Number fields do not have text in them.
- Your account with your SMS provider has run out of funds. Contact your provider and top up your balance.
- Your account with your SMS provider has credit that has expired.
