Chintaro Cloud

If your session of Chintaro has frozen within Chintaro Cloud, please raise a ticket with support@chintaro.com.au and we will close the session for you.


Chintaro (Locally Installed)

If Chintaro is frozen, you will need to end the task via the Windows Task Manager.


1. Right click the task bar at the bottom of your Desktop.
2. Select Task Manager:

3. Find Microsoft Access. Click to highlight:


4. Click End Task

5. Re-open Chintaro
