If you are seeing this message when logged into Chintaro Cloud, please follow the steps outlined below to resolve it.
Step 1. Select the Learn about… link circled below. This action will prompt an Internet Explorer window to open.
Step 2. Select Settings icon at the top right of the screen then Internet Options in the list as shown below:
Step 3. A pop up window will open. Click on the Advanced tab and then click the 'Reset..' button:
Step 4. Select Delete personal settings. Then Click Reset.
Step 5. Close the browser and log out of Parallels and then in again to ensure the reset has taken effect.
