Sending a screenshot of your Connection Properties to Chintaro Support

From time to time Chintaro Support may ask you for a screenshot of your Connection Properties in Parallels in order to be able to assist you. For how to do this, please read this solution.


STEP 1.

Double click on the Parallels shortcut from your Desktop to open it. 



STEP 2.

In the panel on the left-hand-side under the heading 'Connections', right click on your listed connection.

STEP 3.

The connection properties will open as shown below. Please take a screenshot of this screen: How to take a screenshot to send to Support

STEP 4.

Email the screenshot to Support at support@chintaro.com.au.
