If you have attempted to log in to Chintaro Cloud via Parallels but you have forgotten your password, you will see the following message advising you that your Username or Password is incorrect:

NOTE: The Parallels Username and Password are case sensitive. Ensure that you have entered the correct username and password before contacting Chintaro Support. 

If you have forgotten your password to the Parallels, you will need to contact Chintaro Support by sending an email to support@chintaro.com.au advising you cannot access the Parallels Client. Please be specific in advising that you cannot access the Parallels Client itself, to avoid Chintaro Support sending instructions to change your Chintaro (application) password.
