If you have attempted to log in to Chintaro Cloud via Parallels but you have forgotten your password, you will see the following message advising you that your Username or Password is incorrect:
NOTE: The Parallels password is case-sensitive. Ensure that you have entered the correct username and password before contacting Chintaro Support.
If you have forgotten your password to the Parallels, you will need to contact Chintaro Support by sending an email to support@chintaro.com.au advising you cannot access the Parallels Client. Be sure to include the Parallels Username that you are trying to login with (eg sqltest01). This is not the same as your Chintaro username. Please be specific in advising that you cannot access the Parallels Client itself, to avoid Chintaro Support sending instructions to change your Chintaro (application) password. To determine the Parallels Username if unknown, see this solution: What is my Parallels Username?
Please note that once your password has been reset, for security reasons you should change it again to something that you can remember by following the instructions in this solution: Changing your Parallels Password from Parallels Client on your Desktop
