From time to time, you may require assistance with your Parallels connection. In order to assist you, we may ask that you send your Parallels Client log file to Chintaro Support. Please see this solution for how to do this:
Step 1. Open Parallels Client:
Step 2. Click on 'Tools' from the menu at the top of the Client:
Step 3. Click on 'Options...' from the drop-down:
Step 4. Once the 'Options..." box has opened, click on the Logging tab, and then the 'View...' button:
Step 5. The Client Log will open as a Text file. Click on 'File' from the Menu options and then click 'Save As'.
Step 6. Send the text file to support@chintaro.com.au.
