If you are sending emails in Chintaro Cloud and an error message appears (below), your Parallels session has had an issue with connecting to Outlook.
Chintaro relies on a constant connection to the remote server and to Outlook. Parallels provide this connection for you. If this is lost, even momentarily, you will receive the above message.
To restore your connection, ensure that you have closed outlook and all other applications that you have open in Parallels.
Then completely disconnect from Parallels and reconnect again. See: Logging off Chintaro from Parallels Client on your PC
