Chintaro versions 2018.12.01 or later now include statutory reporting for New Zealand users who are required to run the Monthly and Quarterly MSD Reports. The Monthly MSD Report is concerned with residents in Emergency Housing, and the Quarterly Report is for Vacant Untentantable rooms in a quarterly period.

Both NZ Reports are available to run from Home > Reports and Exports > NZ Reports > MSD Reporting:

Setting up the reports for your Organisation

Before running either report the first time, you will need to download both templates that are attached to the bottom of this solution, and paste them in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder. This only needs to be done one, by 1 user.

To set the Monthly report for your organisation, open the template called MSDMonthly.xlsx by double clicking and the blank template will open.

Enter your Provider's name and Contact Reference Number (CRN). Do not enter the Report Period Chintaro will do this for you when you create the report.

Click Save and close the report.

Repeat for the Quarterly template called MSDQuarterlyUnavailibility.xlsx.
