The Home Screen has two settings, these are to show 'Overdue and Forecast Maintenance Tasks' or the 'Current Room Status'. To change these settings please see the solution below. Please note that 'Incomplete Maintenance Tasks' are visible from both options:

Changing from 'Maintenance Task' view to 'Current Room Status':
Current view:
Step 1: Go to Home > System Maintenance > Preferences > and select 'System' from the top menu options. Navigate to the 'Show Room Status' setting.
Step 2: Change this setting from 'No' don't show the Room Status to 'Yes' do show the Room Status.

Step 3: Log out of Chintaro and Log back in again to apply the new setting.
