Chintaro Support were provided with the March Centrelink Rates from a Government body. Some of the rates that we received were incorrect, and if you have imported the March Centrelink Rates prior to 30/3/2017, your Chintaro System Administrator will need to amend these incomes manually.
NOTE: Do not attempt to download and re-import the Centrelink Rates file - this is very important. You will need to manually amend the incomes following the steps below.
For those of you who have not imported the rates prior to 30/03/2017, you will be able to import the rates as you usually would from this link.
Changing the Aged Care (Single) Income Amount for 20/03/2016
From the Home Screen, click System Maintenance, then Reference Tables, and look for the Income table:
In the Income Table, look for the Aged Pension - Single line:
Click the + sign at the left hand side of the line. The + sign becomes a - sign and the income is expanded to see the dates and rates:
In the line at the top with the Start Date of 20/03/2017 go to the amount field and enter $404.15:
Click the - sign to close the Income dates and rates:
Changing the Aged Care (Couple) Income Amount for 20/03/2016
Next, you will need to change the Aged Care (Couple) income.
Look for the Aged Pension - Couple line:
Click the + sign at the left hand side of the line. The + sign becomes a - sign and the income is expanded to see the dates and rates:
In the line at the top with the Start Date of 20/03/2017 go to the amount field and enter $304.65:
Click the - sign to close the Income dates and rates:
Amending other incorrect Incomes
You will need to follow the same steps as above for the following 3 incomes:

| Carer Payment Single | Change 20/03/2017 rate to $404.15 |
| Carer Payment - Couple | Change 20/03/2017 rate to $304.65 |
After you have amended the other incomes in the table (above), close the Reference Tables screen.
If you have a row with "(CENTRELINK RATE) ICS"
ICS incomes are only for the Income Confirmation Service and do not have an income attached. Don't update these rows.
