If Access is crashing for some users when they use a Search Screen

If some users are reporting that Chintaro is crashing when they try and use a Search Screen (Manage Clients, Manage Tenancies, etc), this may be to do with a Microsoft update that affects User Profiles.


The Microsoft update affects the User Profile, so if the user tries to access Chintaro on another PC, it will continue to crash.


The solution to this is to reinstall Access on the users PC with no future updates.
