'Microsoft Access has stopped working' - Chintaro crashing when accessing the Reports screen

If you are accessing the Reports screen (Home Screen> Reports and Exports> Reports) and Chintaro is crashing (Error: Microsoft Access has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem...) it's because of the sample report image on the right hand side of the screen. 




The sample image on the right hand side of the Reports screen is designed to show you what a report looks like, so you don't have to click the Preview button to view the layout of the report. This part of the screen is trying to access an image on Dropbox, and for some reason, it's not able to access this file, which is causing Chintaro to crash. 




To fix this, you will need to turn the Report Sample Preview off in Preferences. 


From your Home Screen, click System Maintenance, then click Preferences. Click on the System button:



Go to Report Sample Preview and change this from Yes to No (when clicking in this field, you'll see that this turns the Report samples On or Off on the Reporting screen. Turn it off if it is causing problems):



Chintaro will no longer crash when accessing Reports.
