What's New in the September 2019 release?

This solution details the enhancements made to the September 2019 versions of Chintaro. The changes to SQL are at the top, and Access at the bottom.

Chintaro SQL Enhancements

TENANCY Enhancements:

• Added the IRRS flag to the tenancy letters screen. Home > Tenancies > Tenancy Letters:

FINANCE Enhancements:

• Added WINZ to the Tenancy Balances Screen:  The Tenancy Balance Screen under the Finance Menu now includes the WINZ column for New Zealand users. Home > Finance > Tenancy Balances:

PROPERTY Enhancements:

• Reworded the Re-Assign Property Manager Error: This functionality only works if users have filtered on the property manager that they would like to change. Updated the error message to be clearer. Home > Property > Manage Properties > Re-Assign Property Manager:

WORD MERGE Enhancements:

• Added the field TenancyComments: The Tenancy Comments section of the Tenancy Screen can now be used with the wordmergetenancy.txt file. Home > Tenancy > Manage Tenancy > Word Merge:

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Enhancements:

• Stripped invalid characters for PIM Export: PIM requested that Chintaro strip invalid characters from the Chintaro PIM Export. This has been done. 

Bug Fixes: 

• Users cannot copy a client note that does not have a Note Body.  Fixed.
• Date Filter was not working in Home > Reports & Exports > Reports > Property & Maintenance > Inspection History report. Fixed
• Filter function not working Tradespeople Screen. Fixed
• No note was created when merging from the Client Letters Screen. Fixed.
• Scheduled Start Dates for Maintenance Tasks not following the rule in Preferences if created from within a Tenancy. Fixed.
• Cyclical Work Order numbers were increasing by 2 and not 1. Fixed.
• After inactivating Alerts in the Reference Table, they still appear on the Manage Clients screen. Fixed.
• Support Agency inactivated from Client Screen but was still showing on Manage Clients screen. Fixed
• Arrears Management Screen was not including Vacated Arrears. Fixed
• ASL Charges Total amounts were displaying as ##### in the Report > SA Rent Charges Summary by Program Property. Fixed.
• When exiting the Manual Bank Processing (2 Line) Screen the Bank Account wasn't retained on re-entry. Fixed.

Chintaro Access Enhancements

REPORTS & EXPORTS Enhancements:

• New Property Maintenance (concise by Tradesperson) added for IFYS

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Enhancements:
