What's New in the October 2019 release?

TENANCY Enhancements:

• Added an option to set a date when running Rent Paid To: Users can now set a date that they wish to know the Rent Paid To for from within a Tenancy. Home > Manage Tenancies > Open a Tenancy > Rent Paid To button.

FINANCE Enhancements:

• New GL Format added for Wellways: The New Format is called Sun Accounts(Wellways). Home > System Maintenance > Preferences > Finance > General Ledger Format

WORD MERGE Enhancements:

• Added the Property/Tenancy Manager address field. Added to WordMergeTenancy.txt and Arrears.txt.

• Added a New Word Merge field for all charges on the Edit Rent Screen for JFHA. Fields are called  «CurrentTotalWeeklyCh», «CurrentTotalFortnigh», «FutureTotalWeeklyCha», «FutureTotalFortnight». Added to WordMergeTenancy.txt.

REPORTS & EXPORTS Enhancements:

• New Export added for Wayss: The new export is called Tenancy Balances (As At Date/EOM) WAYSS.  Exports > Tenancies > Tenancy Balances (As At Date/EOM) WAYSS

• New Export added for Mangrove: The new export is called Tenancy Balances Today by Txn Group.  Exports > Tenancies > Tenancy Balances Today by Txn Group.

• The surname field in the manage tenancy balances screen is showing the tenancy manager name. Fixed
• When entering manual bank transactions if the date is entered before the bank account, there is an issue that shows a duplicate record in the batch maintenance screen for that batch. Fixed.
• The Tenancy drop-down list on the Manual Bank Processing screens (1 line and 2 line) sort with vacated tenancy record at the top and active record at the bottom of the list. This is causing users to receipt to vacated tenancies by accident. Fixed.
• Error #3078 DAO.Database when trying to run the FHL Occupancy Export. Fixed.
• Client Note Summary inc. Minutes Report - Program filter not counting all Tenancies. Fixed.

Chintaro Access Enhancements
