If you have logged off Chintaro and you get the below message, you can disconnect your previous session by logging in to Chintaro with the username lockedout and the password admin
From the Home screen go to System Maintenance > Current Users
Highlight your name and click the 'Force Out' button.
You can then close this screen and log back in to Chintaro with your username.
