Export - Changing Standard Export Name and List Position

You can change the name of any export in the system so that it makes more sense to your organisation, or to make it appear at the top of the list. This solution details:

• Changing an export name
• Making an export appear at the top of the list
• Making an export inactive

Changing an export name

To change the name of an Export, or make it inactive, go to System Maintenance> Reference Tables> Exports:

To edit the name of an export, change the name of the export in the Export Name column:

In the Export Name column, adding a * symbol at the beginning of the name will make the export appear at the top of the list by default:

To make an Export Inactive so it doesn't show in your list of Exports, untick the Active box on the right hand side:

Exit the screen to save the changes.
