Use this solution if you are required to produce the General Lease Maintenance Report for DFFH. This solution details:

Running the General Lease Maintenance Report
To run the General Lease Maintenance Report, from the Home screen, click Reports and Exports, then Vic Reports and open the General Lease Maintenance Report screen.
Select the Start and End Dates you wish to report on, and select the Output Folder you would like the file saved to. Use the ... box to navigate to somewhere on your network and enter an Output Filename (what you would like to call the exported file):
Select the Program(s) that you want to report on from the Report Program Filter box. (If you do not select any Programs in the Report Program Filter box, Chintaro will assume you want to report on all Programs listed), and select the Maintenance Types you wish to report on.
The Report Program Filter and Maintenance Types boxes are multi-select boxes, where you can select more than one option in the list by clicking on each item you want to report on.
Click Create Report and the General Lease Maintenance Report will be created in the Output Folder you selected.
I'm getting a message about a missing template - what do I do?
In order to run the General Lease report, you will need to ensure that you have the reporting template (attached) in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder. Attached to this Solution is the General Lease Maintenance Reporting Template. Please download and add it to your Templates folder before re-running the General Release Report.
