NOTE: You will need a template (AnnexF.xls) before you can successfully run the General Lease Maintenance Report. Please find the necessary file attached at the bottom of this solution. Once downloaded you will need to add it to your X/Data/Templates folder and follow the instructions below to run.

To run the General Lease Maintenance Report, from the Vic Reports Sub-Menu, click General Lease Maintenance Report


The General Lease Report - Maintenance screen will open

Enter the Start Date of the reporting period

Enter the End Date of the reporting period

Select an Output Folder that the file will be saved to by clicking the ellipsis button


Select an Output File Name

Select the Program(s) that you want to report on from the Report Program Filter box.


If you do not select any Programs in the Report Program Filter box, Chintaro will assume you want to report on all Programs listed. 

Select the Maintenance Types you want to report on

The Report Program Filter and Maintenance Types boxes are multi-select boxes, where you can select more than one option in the list by clicking on each item you want to report on. If you have accidently selected the wrong report program filter/maintenance types, click it again to remove the highlighting.


The General Lease Maintenance Report will be created in the Output Folder you selected.

If you get a message about a template not existing

In order to run the General Lease report, you will need to ensure that you have the reporting template (attached) in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder. Attached to this Solution is the General Lease Maintenance Reporting Template. Please download and add it to your Templates folder before re-running the General Release Report.
