The General Lease  Report screen uses the data created from the Occupancy Calculation to populate a template used for Housing Provider Framework reporting.


General Lease Report Screen Overview

To access the General Lease Financial Report, from the Home Screen, click Reports and Exports, then Vic Reports, and General Lease Financial Report Reporting.


The General Lease Report - Financial screen will open:


 

On the left hand side of the screen you will see the previous calculations of Room Status's completed in Chintaro.  This is important - you cannot complete the General Lease report without having previously run the occupancy calculation for the period you wish to report on. 

On the right hand side of the screen you will see the report criteria.

Reporting from the General Lease Report Screen


To create a report, you must select the reporting period you wish to report on from the calculations in the table on the left hand side of the screen. 


**NOTE: If you do not see a calculation on the left hand side for the period you with to report on, you must go back to the Occupancy Calculation screen and run a calculation for the period you wish to report on - click here to see how to run this calculation.


Single click the dates you wish to report on so that the row becomes highlighted, and the dates will populate on the right hand side of the screen in the Selected Report, Start and End date sections:



Next, you must select an Output Folder where you want the General Lease Report to save to (to navigate your local drives, click the ellipsis box with 3 dots highlighted yellow below), and change the name of the report in the Output Filename field if you want to rename it from GeneralLeaseFinancial:



Next, you must select the Program or Programs you want included in the General Lease Report from the Report Program Filter box. If you are reporting on 1 Program, click the row of the applicable Program to highlight. If you have multiple Programs to select, hold down <CTRL> key and click each of the Programs you want to include to select multiple:


NOTE: If you do not select any Programs in the Report Program Filter box, Chintaro will assume you want to report on all Programs listed.


Once you have selected the Program(s) to include on the General Lease Report, click Create Report at the top of the screen.


When complete, Chintaro will pop up a message confirming the report has run successfully and the General Lease Report will be created in the Output Folder you selected:


If you get a message about a template not existing

In order to run the General Lease report, you will need to ensure that you have the reporting template (attached) in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder. Attached to this Solution is the General Lease Financial Reporting Template. Please download and add it to your Templates folder before re-running the General Release Report.
