Help! I'm having trouble logging in

In order to use Chintaro, you will need a Username and a Password. All usernames and passwords are added to Chintaro by your Organisation's System Administrator before you are able to use Chintaro.

If you have not been given a Username and Password to Chintaro

Please contact one of your Organisation's System Administrators. To find out who this/they is/are, from the log on screen, click 'Check my Chintaro System Administrator'.

If your System Administrator does not know how to add a username or password for you, ask them to click this link.

If you have been given a Username and Password to Chintaro but it's not working

Please contact your Organisation's System Administrator to check or reset your username and password so that they can change it for you.

If your System Administrator does not know how to reset your password for you, ask them to click this link.

NOTE: Chintaro passwords are case sensitive, so ensure that you don't have Caps Lock on
