Inspection_Exports File missing after Processing Schedule

If you have scheduled your inspections in Chintaro, gone to the PIM website, clicked Import Files and there is no file to import from the date you scheduled the inspections, you must check your settings in Chintaro. 


Go to System Maintenance> Preferences> Maintenance:



Ensure PIM User is set to 'Yes':




Schedule the inspection again and the file will be created in the Inspection_Exports folder. You will now be able to upload the inspection to the PIM website.
