Error #76 CHINTARO Path not found

Modified on Thu, 18 May 2017 at 01:31 PM

If you are trying to schedule Inspections in Chintaro but you are getting the message 'Error #76 CHINTARO Path Not Found', your screen will appear like the image below:

This message is indicating that Chintaro cannot find a path to export the Inspections data to.

Check your file path

To check the file path that Chintaro is trying to write to, from the Home Screen, click System Maintenance> Preferences> Maintenance.

In the Maintenance Preferences, look for the PIM Export Folder and PIM Image Folder fields:

The folder paths in these preferences need to reflect the location of where your Chintaro data folder is located. NOTE: Your folder path will most likely be located on your server. EG S:\Chintaro\Data\

In the PIM Export Folder preference, click on the button with the 3 dots and navigate to the \\SERVER\Chintaro\Data\Inspection_Exports folder.

In the PIM Image Folder preference, click on the button with the 3 dots and navigate to the \\SERVER\Chintaro\Data\Inspection_Images folder.

EG:

If you do not have an Inspection_Images or Inspection_Exports folder in your Chintaro\Data Folder

For the Inspections functions of Chintaro to work, two folders need to be in your \\SERVER\Chintaro\Data\ folder (highlighted in blue below):

If you are missing these folders, either your Inspection folders have been deleted, or an update has not been applied correctly and the folders were never created.

To rectify this, navigate to your \\SERVER\Chintaro\data folder:

Create a new folder in your Data folder, called Inspection_Exports

Create another new folder in your Data folder, called Inspection_Images

Scheduling Inspections after changing your Folder Path in System Maintenance> Preferences

Open the Schedule Inspections screen (Home Screen> Property Maintenance> Inspections> Schedule Inspections).

Add an Inspection Date, Inspection Time and click 'Process Schedule':

If you are still unable to Process Inspection Schedules

If you are not able to schedule Inspections after checking your Preferences> Maintenance folder paths, and you have checked that the Inspection_Images and Inspection_Exports folders do exist in the \\SERVER\Chintaro\Data folder, please contact support@chintaro.com.au.
