What is the CHaCA Report?
The Community Housing and Crisis Accommodation Performance Report (CHaCA) is a report that Queensland housing providers must submit to the Department of Housing and Public works quarterly. The report is populated by fields in Chintaro and is generated through the Reports and Exports > QLD Reports > CHaCA Report screen.
The report comprises of 1 worksheet which have special macros guiding and controlling the input of information.
This solution explains where the information is populated from Chintaro and into the report.
Sections of the CHaCA report
The CHaCA Report is separated in to 4 sections: Tenancy Management Outcome, Asset Management Outcome, Tenancy Planning (Transitional Housing Only) and Common Ground Queensland. Each of these sections each have different KPI's that are related to the outcome that form the rows of the report, (highlighted in red box):

What information will Chintaro populate?
Chintaro will populate rows 7 to 46, but it must be set up correctly before you run the CHaCA Report. Details on how to set Chintaro up are in this link: Setting up Chintaro to run the CHACA report
Where does the information in the report come from in Chintaro?
