NOTE: Reporting is no longer done in spreadsheet format. Please use the Statutory Reporting Analyser to determine the data that needs to be entered into the CHiMES Portal.
For information on using the SRA for KPM reporting, please see the following solution - VRS / KPM Reporting using the Statutory Reporting Analyser
Setting up Chintaro to populate the Housing Registrar Report
The first thing that you must check is that you have KPM Types allocated to your Programs you wish to include on the report. To check this, go in to System Maintenance > Reference Tables > Program:
Select each Program row with a KPM Type of either Long Term, Transitional or Rooming House. You must then ensure that any Property or Tenancy that you want to be included in VRS reporting has a Program against it with a valid KPM Type.
If you have properties that are Vacant Waived, or Vacant Other, you will need to indicate which Vacant Untenantable reasons will fall under this category. From the Reference Tables, click Room Status Untenantable and select which of the options you have are considered 'Waived':
Next, you need to ensure that all of your Tradespeople have a KPM Maintenance Type selected. From the Toolbar, click Tradespeople:
Open each Tradesperson's screen. Select the KPM Maint Type as either Agency Contacted, Agency Delivered or Government:
Running the Occupancy Calculation
The VRS information will only populate if you have completed the Occupancy Calculation (or the HPF Report) for the entire financial year. If you have not run the Occupancy Calculation for the entire financial year, Click here to view the Solution for the Occupancy Calculation. If you require further support from Chintaro
Please email support@chintaro.com.au with a description of your issue.
