Every now and then someone has issues logging in to Chintaro. There can be a lot of different causes for this, such as not having a 24/7 Cloud Licence, but if you have been able to previously login, the quickest way to get help is to email support@chintaro.com.au Be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your Parallels username, which you can find by following the details in this solution: What is my Parallels Username?
- Screenshot of any error messages if applicable
- Details about if others in the office can get in
- Make sure to specify whether it's Parallels or Chintaro that you can't login to.
The Chintaro support team treats this type of issue with top priority.
