I Can't Connect/Login to Chintaro

Every now and then someone has issues logging in to Chintaro.  There can be a lot of different causes for this, such as not having a 24/7 Cloud Licence, but if you have been able to previously login, the quickest way to get help is to email support@chintaro.com.au  Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Your Parallels username, which you can find by following the details in this solution: What is my Parallels Username?
  2. Screenshot of any error messages if applicable
  3. Details about if others in the office can get in
  4. Make sure to specify whether it's Parallels or Chintaro that you can't login to.


The Chintaro support team treats this type of issue with top priority.
