Requirements to check before running the CHAPR Report
Before you run the report, you need to ensure that you have the CHAPR template in your Data\Templates folder:
If you do not have the report template in your Templates folder, download the template from the bottom of this page and copy it in to your \\SERVER\Chintaro\Data\Templates folder.
You will also need to ensure that the data required for the report is entered into the correct fields. Use this solution to see how to Prepare Chintaro for running the CHAPR
Running the CHAPR Report
From the Home Screen, click Reports and Exports> QLD Reports> CHAPR Report. The Queensland CHAPR screen will open:
Select an Output Folder by clicking the box with 3 dots, and navigating to somewhere on your PC (EG Desktop).
The Output Filename will default to CHAPRReport, but you can edit this name by clicking in the box and changing the name manually.
Select the Programs you would like to include in the report from the Report Program Filters box so they appear highlighted black. NOTE: This is a multi select box, where you can select more than 1 program. If you select no programs, all properties including those without a program will be included in the report. This may be helpful for investigating issues with the output file, but is not suitable for your final report.
Click Create Report. Chintaro will advise the report has been created successfully.
If you have no data or data is missing in your CHAPR Report
