The Aboriginal Housing Office Report is a monthly report, provided to Family and Community Services (FaCS) on the tenants and occupancy of AHO properties. This solution details:
Steps required before running the AHO Report
IMPORTANT: Before running the AHO report, you will first need to ensure the fields have been setup. For instructions on how to do this, please read Preparing Chintaro to run the NSW Aboriginal Housing Office Report
The AHO will draw on data based off the Occupancy Calculation. It is vital this has been run for the corresponding period, as not doing so will lead to inaccurate data. If you are unsure how to do this, please see our solution on Running the Occupancy Calculation
Running the AHO Report
To run the AHO report, from the Home screen, click Reports and Exports > NSW Reports > FACS AHO Reporting:
Change the Start of Reporting Period and End of Reporting Period dates to the period you wish to report on. The dates will default to the last month, and reporting is usually required monthly:
Select the Output Folder you would like to save the report to by clicking the ... button
And select the program(s) you would like to report on from the Report Program Filter box. If you'd like to select more than one, hold down <Ctrl> on your keyboard and select each program.
When you're ready to create the report files, click the Create Files button and Chintaro will export the files to the folder you selected.
Chintaro will show a messagew that the files have been created successfully, and 4 files will now be in your selected folder.
When submitting to the Ngamuru Portal please select the two Monthly files as below:
