From time to time, Chintaro Support may ask you to relink your SQL tables. Forcing a relink of the tables can resolve many support issues and must be done on each copy of the code (ChintaroSQLx.accdb) that is experiencing the issue.
To relink the tables, ask your System Administrator to go Home > System Maintenance > Preferences > System:
Click the Relink Now button:
Chintaro will relink the SQL tables. You will know it has completed this action as the blue circle that indicates a function is in progress will disappear.
Repeat for all SQL users.
