If you are a SQL user and you have received the error 'Error # 3709: ChintaroSQL The search key was not found in any record', you will need to relink the SQL tables to resolve the issue.


To fix this, please ask your Chintaro System Administrator to go on to your PC > System Maintenance >  Preferences > System > click the Relink Now button:

Then, log out of Chintaro and back in with your username.
