Use this solution if you have imported payments in to a bank account, but they payments were allocated to a Vacated Tenancy instead of a new Tenancy. 



Open the new Tenancy screen, and double click the ID number highlighted at the bottom left hand side of the screen:

Chintaro will advise that this will allow you to change the ID. Click Yes to this message. This will force the payments to find the newest ID number and link the payments to the new Tenancy.
