What's new in SQL

This solution details what is new in Chintaro SQL version 18.06.13 or later:

Quickfind fields now blue for easy identification: Quickfind fields in Chintaro allow you to type directly in to any field to search the column. What you type appears at the top of the screen in the filter:

Quickfind on Order Number column in Manage Maintenance Tasks: For easy filtering of the Manage Maintenance Tasks screen, on the Order Number column:

Quickfind on Bond Reference column of Manage Tenancies screen: New columns for Bond Reference and Bond Amount, Quickfind ability on Bond Reference:

Ability to import Bank Statements or Centrepay files immediately after importing previous Statement: Previously when importing statements (either Bank or Centrepay), users had to 'Generate Payments', exit the screen and come back in to import the next statement. Users can now import the next statement immediately after generating the last payments (without having to exit the screen) by selecting a new statement to import. 

Filter of Payment Book ID added to both Manual Bank Processing and Manual Bank Processing 2 Line screens: Users are now able to 

Tenancy Transactions will now show the Bank Account they were imported in to from any Bank Screen (Multi Bank Processing/2 Line and Manual Bank Processing/2 Line): Previously, imported transaction comments would show 'Paid into Bank DATE'. Now, imported transactions will show 'Paid into BANK ACCOUNT':

Days and Weeks in Arrears/in Advance available on Tenancy Screen: 'Balance As At Today' button shows the weeks and days in rent arrears if the Tenant is in Arrears:

Or the weeks and days the Tenant is in credit if they are in advance:

SMS Broadcast Limit increased to 765 characters: Limit increased for SMS Broadcast customers only.

Arrears Management Screen - displays Arrears Method, either 'As Charged' or 'As At Today': Ability to change the view of the Arrears Management screen to show arrears 'As Charged' in Chintaro, or 'As At Today'. Selecting one or the other will temporarily display the screen as 'Deleted' and show the new figures.  

NOTE: When running a Word Merge for Arrears from the Arrears Management screen, the <<Days>> and <<Arrears>> fields will be merged either 'As Charged' or 'As At Today', depending on the screen Preference selected. 

Show Room Status on Home Screen: SQL users can now choose to view the Room Status's on the Home Screen, by going in to System Maintenance > Preferences > System > Show Room Status? = Yes:

Bug Fix: Rent in Arrears (Rent Txns Only) Report no longer showing ###'s as totals: Up to 5 numbers (10000) for individual totals and 6 numbers for grand totals (100000).
