Calculated (Total) fields are showing blank

Modified on Thu, 23 Mar, 2017 at 11:31 AM

When navigating around Chintaro you find that some of your calculated field are blank or missing, it may look like this:

When you enter a screen, and a calculated (or total) field looks like it hasn't automatically updated, try refreshing the screen by clicking the 'Back' or 'Exit' button, and reopen the screen. This will refresh the data.

If you find the field is still missing after refreshing the screen, there is a possibility that it may be a network issue. 'Calculated fields' in Access will not display if the PC does not have sufficient resources to run. It may be that you have too many other applications open (active in memory), or that the server is running out of resources.

In the first instance, please ask your IT to reboot your server. If the issue persists after the server has been rebooted, please contact support@chintaro.com.au.
