The Maintenance Schedule is a list of all Active (open) and Inactive (closed) Maintenance Tasks. The Maintenance Schedule can be viewed for an entire Property, or for a particular Inventory Item.
This solution details:
- Viewing all Maintenance Tasks (open and closed) for a Property
- Viewing all Maintenance Tasks (open and closed) for an Inventory Item
Viewing all Maintenance Tasks (open and closed) for a Property
To view all Maintenance Tasks (open and closed) for an entire Property, from the Home Screen, click Property in the Toolbar and search for the Property you are looking to find the Maintenance Tasks for.
Double click the row of the Property to open the Property screen, and click Maintenance. All Active and Inactive Maintenance Tasks will appear in the middle of the screen:
Sort and filter this list as required to view Active or Inactive Tasks, and double click on a row to open the Task.
Viewing all Maintenance Tasks (open and closed) for an Inventory Item
To view all Maintenance Tasks (open and closed) for a particular Inventory Item, from the Home Screen, click Property in the Toolbar and search for the Property you are looking to find the Maintenance Tasks for.
Double click the row of the Property to open the Property screen, and click Inventory. Double click on the Item you want to see the Maintenance Schedule for.
The Maintenance Schedule will be displayed on the right hand side of the Inventory item screen. Double click on a row to view the Maintenance Task for the Item. Both Active and Inactive will be displayed in this screen:
