The Property Census screen can be used to create a Property Census report containing Tenancy and Property/Room information from Chintaro.

Running the Property Census Report
To access the Property Census screen, from the Home Screen, click Properties, then click Property Census. The Property Census screen will open:
Select the location you would like to save the report to in the Output Folder field, by clicking the
button. This will open your file manager, where you can navigate to your preferred location:
The Output Filename will default to 'CensusTODAY'SDATE'. Rename the file if you do not want this file name by clicking in the field and changing the name:
button. Chintaro will create the export and display a message advising that the file was created successfully.
You can now open the .xls file from the Output Folder you selected:
If the Census report does not run
If you have selected an Output Folder, entered an Output Filename and clicked Create Census and the report does not run, it is most likely that you do not have the required template in your templates folder to run this report. If this is the case, you will see a message from Chintaro advising that the required template does not exist:
To fix this, download the excel file named Census.xls (attached to the bottom of this solution) and copy it to your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder. If you are unsure where this folder is located, please view this solution. Once the template is in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder, try running the report again.
