Property Screen - Healthy Homes Statements (NZ)

The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties in New Zealand (Tenancy Services 2021).

Opening the Healthy Homes details on the property screen

To record Healthy Homes data in a property, open the Property screen and click the Healthy Homes button

The middle section of the property screen changes to show 3 separate tabs for entering detail to; Heating and Insulation, Ventilation and Draughts & General and Summary. The screen defaults to the Heating tab.
