How to delete a user from Chintaro

To delete a user from Chintaro, from the Home Screen, click System Maintenance, then Security. From the list of names of users on the left hand side, click to highlight the user you want to delete from the Select User box:

Click Delete User and select Yes to the warning message:

The user will be deleted from Chintaro, but their username will still be visible from the Audit. If the user was a Property/Tenancy Manager, you will also need to remove them from another screen. Click the following link and refer to section Removing/Inactivating a Property Manager from Chintaro.
