Access Denied
The message "Access Denied" appears when you have entered the wrong username, or you don't have a login created. Double check with your system administrator what your username should be.
Incorrect Password
This message indicates that you're entering the wrong password. Any system administrator can reset your password for you if you've forgotten.
WARNING! I have more than 1 Chintaro session currently open
This message means that you currently have multiple sessions logged in. This can occur when you disconnect from the internet and need to log in again, or when you are logged in from several computers at once.
You can log in temporarily with the username lockedout and the password admin in order to close these sessions.
Highlight your name/s (there may be multiple logins associated with your name) and click the 'Force Out' button.
Be very careful not to accidentally press "Force Out All", as this will close Chintaro for everyone.
You can then close this screen and log back in to Chintaro with your username.
I still need help!
If none of these steps helped you, then you may not have a system administrator who can reset your details for you, or you may be unsure who your system administrators are.
If that's the case, you can use the top button here to contact Chintaro Support, or the bottom button to see a list of your system administrators.
