If a Chintaro user has changed their name, for example from marriage, they may want to change their Chintaro Username. There are two options to do this, which will be discussed below.
Option One: Create a New Chintaro Username and Delete the Old One
Someone with system administrator access can delete the old login by following the instructions in this solution: How to delete a user from Chintaro
They can then create a new login for the new name by following the instructions in this solution: How to add a new user to Chintaro
The advantage of this method is that a system admin can easily do it themselves, and changes made by the user will reflect their login name at the time of the change.
Option Two: Ask Chintaro Support to Change the Username in the Backend
If you would like all historical transactions by that user to have the same login details as their new login name, simply send an email to support@chintaro.com.au. State the login name of the current user, as well as the new name.
