What is concurrent licencing?
Each organisation that purchases Chintaro will be licenced for a number of concurrent users. Concurrent users are the number of people who are licenced to be in the database at any given time.
How do I find my organisation's current licencing information in Chintaro?
In the bottom left hand side of the Home Screen, you will see the top level information display:
Organisation Identifier: A unique code that will be assigned to your organisation
Licence Expiry Date: The date in which your licence will expire
Number of Users / User Licences: The left hand field will indicate the current number of users presently logged in. The right hand field shows the number of concurrent licences your organisation has
Username: The username you used to log in to Chintaro
Group: The level of security you have been assigned (this may be worded differently depending on how your organisation has configured the levels)
The colours also serve as a visual cue:
Green: Under current licencing limit
Yellow: At current licencing limit
Red: Exceeded current licencing limits
Viewing Historical Licence Usage
You are able to view a historical record of the maximum number of concurrent licences that were logged into Chintaro in any given day, from System Maintenance > View Licence Usage:

Licence Expiry Date: The date in which your licence will expire
Number of Concurrent Users: The number of current users logged in

What happens if we exceed our number of concurrent licences to Chintaro?
In the event that you have exceed your maximum licenced user count, the bulletin will update for all users advising the threshold has been exceeded:
This will automatically update after one minute when the limit has been reach, and will be removed when enough users log out as to not exceed the current licenced limit.
What happens if our licence to Chintaro has expired?
In the event that your licence has expired and not been renewed, the bulletin will update to alert you to this:
This will be removed once the licence has been renewed.
For non-Cloud customers of Chintaro, your licencing details can be updated from the View Licence Usage Screen, (Home Screen> System Maintenance >View Licence Usage):
