What is the Tenancies Screen used for in Chintaro Insights?

Chintaro Insights populates the Tenancy screen with the visualisations and data relating to Tenants in Chintaro. The types of information that the screen presents relate to tenancy management and asset repairs.

Accessing the Tenancy Screen in Chintaro Insights

After logging in to Chintaro Insights, to view the Tenancy screen from the Dashboard, click Tenancies > Analysis:

Use the guide below to reference where the data on the Clients screen is coming from within Chintaro.

Active Tenancies

The total number of Active Tenancies within the dates selected.

Home > Tenancies > Manage Tenancies

 Filter Tenancy Status column to 'Active' and 'Active Arrears' and filter the Date column to exclude Tenancies outside of the reporting period.

Active Tenancies in Arrears

The total number of Active Tenancies in Arrears within the dates selected.

Home > Tenancies > Manage Tenancies

 Filter Tenancy Status column to 'Active Arrears' and filter the Date column to exclude Tenancies outside of the reporting period.

Average Tenancy Duration (Days)

Average number of days a Tenancy is housed within the dates selected.

Reports and Exports > Exports > Tenancies > Length of Tenancies

Actual Vacancies

Number of Tenancies Exited within the dates selected.

Manage Tenancies>End Date
 

Vacant Untenantable Rooms

Number of days tenantable units were listed as Vacant Untenantable.

Reports and Exports > Statutory Reporting Analyser > National Regulatory System (NRS) >6 Management > 6.1.8 Calendar days vacant untenantable

 Further filtering can be applied by clicking on one reason of the graph, to highlight the section and change the data in the top ribbon to reflect the numbers associated.
