For Chintaro Cloud we use a Platform called Parallels that enables you to log into your Database on the Cloud. If you are having an issue and Chintaro Support have asked you what your Parallels userid or username is, please follow the steps below.
1. From the desktop version of Parallels Client, right-click on the icon below 'Connections' and select Connection Properties:
2. Your Parallels ID is in the Username field (test01 in this example):
