If you are trying to print a Transaction Group Statement for a Tenant (Tenancy Screen > Print Statement) but there is nothing in your drop down list, it will appear as follows:
To fix this, ask your System Administrator to go to System Maintenance > Reference Tables > Report Group /Transaction Group and tick the 'Txn' column for all Transaction Types so it appears as below:
When you go back to the Tenancy, you will be able to select the applicable Transaction Group Statement from the list:
