If you need to add a new word merge template or a new reporting template, or edit an existing word merge template or reporting template, you will need to find your Templates folder.
If Chintaro is installed on your Desktop
Depending on how Chintaro is installed at your organisation will depend on where the Templates folder is located. This may be on a Server if you have multiple users, or if you are 1 user it may be installed on your C Drive. The Templates folder is further located within the Data folder: EG S:\Chintaro\Data\Templates
If you have access to the System Maintenance > Set Up Word Merges screen, you can click the Open Templates Folder hyperlink and be taken directly to your folder:
If you do not have access to System Maintenance > Set Up Word Merges and you are unsure where your Templates folder is, right click on your Chintaro icon on your Desktop, and go down to Properties:
Look in the 'Target Line' box for whatever is after /wrkgrp:
This is the location of your Data folder: EG the image shows the data folder is in C:\Chintaro\Data but your Templates folder will most likely be on your Shared Drive.
Navigate to the Chintaro\Data folder and within it you will see your Templates folder:
You can now open the Templates folder and edit any template.
If you are having troubles finding your Templates folder, please speak to your IT Team, or contact support@chintaro.com.au for further assistance.
If your data is on Chintaro Cloud
Open Parallels Client and double click on Windows Explorer:
Open the (U:) Drive: (in the screenshot we have u: named SQLTest however your U: drive will be named after your organisations cloud acronym)
You will see you Data and user folders:
Double click on the Data folder, then double click on the Templates folder:
