Chintaro includes an export which will tell you how much rent was collected for your Occupied properties in a period of time, and include how much Rent was not collected due to a Room Status being either Vacant Tenantable or Vacant Untenantable.
NOTE: Before looking at this export, you must run the Occupancy Calculation for the period of time you want to report on. The export will not work if you do not run the Occupancy Calculation.
After running the Occupancy Calculation, from the Home Screen, click Reports and Exports, then Exports, click the Finance category and select the Vacancies - HPF (By Report Date By Room $) export:
Change the dates in the Select Criteria at the bottom of the screen to the period you wish to report on, and either:
1. Click Open In Excel Now to open the export in Excel, or
2. Select a File Name, Location and Output Format if you wish to save the file to a different output format. Click Export to file.
The export will open to show the rent collected for the Occupied Room Status, and the Rent not collected for the Vacant Untenantable and Vacant Tenantable Room Status's for the period selected:
