If the export from a 'Manage' screen is not exporting all the records that are displaying on the screen, go to the last record that successfully exported in Excel, and look for the Tenant in Chintaro, in the line below this. There will most likely be a field with a #Error. An example of this would be if there is an invalid split category. 


NOTE: You may have more than 1 record with errors in it. 


This will most likely be because you do not have Transaction Groups correctly set up in your system. Please click this link to see how to Set Up Transaction Groups and try exporting again.
